Library Service
With extensive cataloguing and written down records, students are provided a vast and user friendly index to choose from. A maximum of 4 books, they are permitted to keep them for a time period of 20 days at a stretch. After 20 days the books can be renewed for another period of 20 days and so on depending upon the availability of the books. Faculty members are allowed to issue 10 books for one semester only.

Reference Service
DSCSITSC Library boasts of a rich collection of reference books. Users can access the reference section by submitting the college ID card for that particular day. Reference books, previous years Question Papers, CD/DVD, Hard copy Journals, Magazines, Newspapers are available in this section.
Book Bank Facilities
All B.Tech and Diploma (AUE, CE) students can avail Book Bank facility. Each student can get atleast one book for each subject for a semester. Students must return all Book Bank books of previous Semester to get new semester books from Library.
Online Database
J-Gate is a searchable Database consisting of more than 58 thousand indexed journals. Kindly go through the link provided here.

DSCSITSC central Library Provide the Wi-Fi facilities in reading room premises to all the users including students.
Print out SERVICE
Print pout facility is available for the users for highly demanded reference books at the DSCSITSC central Library.
Multimedia Resource Service
The audio, video and other digital documents are preserved in the DSCSITSC Library mainly in CDs and DVDs. These are accessioned as NB (Non Book). More than 100 CDs, DVDs are available in our collection on different subjects under the domain of Engineering.
E-Journals & E-Books
DSCSITSC central Library subscribes database of e-journal & e-books for all the discipline. Library E-resources are accessible remotely through FTP with login id credentials.
Career guidance Service
DSCSITSC library provides relevant books & magazines to nurture the career up gradation as well as personality development of students.
Web- OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue)
You can search the book of your college library database from remote access through internet.
Repository
DSCSITSC library has a large collection of Syllabus, previous year question papers, CD ROMs.
Reading Room Facility
Library has separate reading room facility for both students & staffs with 150 seating occupancy.
Digital Zone
Digital Library consists of 11 PCs at the 4th floor of the Central Library. Users can access e-Journals (ScDirect), bibliographic database (J-Gate), e-Books, Previous Years Question Papers, NPTEL and NDLI etc. by showing the college ID Card.
Open Access
Library gives the provision of open access facility for optimum use of the library resources.
Departmental Libraries
All the departments have Departmental Library which is connected with the Central Library on behalf of Collection and services.
Others
Students & staffs are entitled to get facilities of Email Service, Display Service, Content service, Reprographic service, & others ad hoc services from library.
